2. AI-Powered Estimates: Estimates provided by our AI system are based on the data you input. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual vehicle condition or delivery details differ from the information provided.
3. No Hidden Fees: Our quoted price includes standard tolls and fuel. However, unforeseen wait times exceeding 1 hour at pickup/drop-off may incur additional charges.

C. Customer Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information: You must provide the correct make, model, and condition of the vehicle.
2. Ownership & Authorization: You warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or an authorized agent. You must provide necessary documentation (e.g., Proof of Ownership, Gate Pass) if required by law enforcement or site security.
3. Personal Items: Ace Recovery is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle during transit.

D. Liability and Insurance

1. Damage-Free Guarantee: We pride ourselves on professional handling. In the rare event of damage caused by our negligence during transit, claims must be filed at the point of delivery and noted on the delivery receipt.
2. Insurance: Standard transit insurance is included in our haulage services. Additional premium cover is available upon request for high-value luxury vehicles.
3. Exclusions: We are not liable for mechanical or electrical failure unrelated to the towing process, or for damages caused by "Acts of God" (e.g., extreme weather, civil unrest).

E. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made after a recovery vehicle has been dispatched may be subject to a "call-out fee" to cover fuel and operational costs.
